(The Doctor)

When the Doctos enters into play, players with less current life points regain 1 life point.

I Dalton
(The Daltons)

When The Daltons enters into play, players with blue cards in front of them discard one of those cards, at their choice.

(Train Arrival)

Each player draws an additional card in his turn.

Il Reverendo
(The Reverend)

Beer cards cannot be played for the whole round.

Benedizione
(Blessing)

All cards are considered to be of Hearts.

Maledizione
(Curse)

All cards are considered to be of Spades.

Sparatoria
(Shootout)

Players may play up to 2 BANG! in their turn.

Corsa all'Oro
(Gold Rush)

Game proceeds counterclockwise, starting from the Sheriff as normal. Card effects still work clockwise.

Sete
(Thirst)

Each player draws only the first card from the deck, not the second, during phase 1 of his turn.

Sbornia
(Hangover)

All players lose their abilities for the whole round.

Sermone
(The Sermon)

BANG! cards cannot be used in player's turn.

Città Fantasma
(Ghost Town)

Each eliminated player comes back into play, in his turn, as a ghost: he draws 3 cards instead of 2, and cannot be eliminated once more. At the end of his turn, he is out of the game again.

Mezzogiorno di Fuoco
(High Noon)

Each player lose 1 life point at the start of his turn.
